New Feature: FlashChat

I have installed a new chat system (the old one was baaaaaadddd...not to mention I couldn't use it from work 
). Hopefully it works for everyone as it cost me $5...yes we broke the bank on this one....nothing is too good for you guys/gals.
You access it the same way as before by click on chat in the side or top menu.
