New Feature: Shoutbox

Shoutbox is a way to communicate with all the members of our Pachicommunity in case you have something urgent or just want to say "Hi" to everyone.
All I ask is that you keep it clean as this is a family site. If it catches on then I will keep it around otherwise it will be like the dodo bird.
How does it work?
You will notice at the top of each screen just below the PachisloDB logo is a place titled "Last Shout". This where the last message "shouted" goes. In the menu you have a "Shoutbox" item. Click on it and you are brought to a place you can see the last 20 shouts and/or shout something yourself.
